The Fleet Building Inaugurated

On Tuesday, January 17th, after a beautiful prayer of blessing and a few short but meaningful speeches, the ribbon was officially cut to declare the Fleet Building inaugurated. Present for the occasion were members of staff, special invited guests and local and national media. 

Described as a testament to perseverance, Fleet delivers home and community to eager homeowners. The Fleet building features 10 studios and two 2-bedroom residences, with spectacular views from the rooftop of the ocean and lagoon. Michael and Carolyn Russo, new residents, were present at the official ribbon-cutting and shared their excitement in calling San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, home.

Fleet is a 4-story addition to the Grand Baymen Gardens community, and its location at the top tourism destination in the country adds to the investment appeal, particularly for those joining the rental program. As part of the Best Western brand, the resort and its new addition is heralded as a complement to the Belize Tourism Plan by the Belize Tourism Board.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony and after-party celebration highlighted yet another major accomplishment for ECI Development, which seeks to deliver inspired lifestyles for adventurous souls in Latin America and beyond.
