Laws in the Works for Marijuana Decriminalization
The Belize government is expected to approve laws to decriminalize small quantities of marijuana in the country. While there are no legalization efforts included in the new proposed laws, arrests will be replaced with fines and many will have their criminal records expunged, proving to be quite a relief for job applicants.
